The Legend - One of the most remarkable experiences of my career—and one that I will treasure forever—was working with SPB and listening to him hum live versions of my favorite songs.

Explorations - A chance to shoot in such a stunning country like Afghanistan, I consider it as once in a life time opportunity and "Habeeb" a project that will stay close to my heart forever.

Challenges - "Deep Inside, " a film that came looking for me, introduced fresh challenges that were rewarded with nearly 11 Awards and 2 nominations for cinematography at film festivals all over the world including the prestigious Sweden Film Awards.

Blessed - the feature length documentary "Viswadarshanam" on legendary film maker K.Viswanath is one of the most prestigious projects I have ever worked on.

The Dream - It's the dream of any cinematographer to get featured in ARRI Showreel! And it felt surreal to be a part of that league with Cinematographers from around the world including ASCs and BSCs.

Surreal - My Dad's favourite cricketer, probably the first name I would have known in cricket and when I was setting a frame for him or sitting and listening to his deep understanding of sports, life, and beyond, it was much more than a Surreal moment.I felt butterflies in my stomach whenever he looked into my eyes.... It felt as if I had chosen this career solely for this moment.

The Divine - "Sarvam Shakti Mayam" , without a doubt one of the most prestigious and unforgettable projects I have ever been a part of.The adventure, bonding, and experience were unlike any other. A endeavour that was both satisfying and rewarding.

Sajeesh Rajendran
An Indian Cinematographer who grew up in the southern state of Kerala. A visual Communication graduate and a Mass Communication post graduate, he got his start as a student in the prestigious Adayar Film and Television Institute,Chennai and has since gone on to shoot Feature Films, Web Series, Music videos, Corporate Films, Promos and Television Commercials in India and abroad.
When Sajeesh is not on set, riding or searching the streets for reflected light, he’s reading some interesting book and day dreaming about becoming a writer some day!
